Not pleased

Rarely able to get it up to 450F. Even after 20 minutes of pre-heating. Impossible to sear a steak. Cooking burgers should not take 40 minutes.

not the quality i expected

The sticker that was on the knob to turn it to BBQ or Oven fell off within a couple days and the igniter did not work from day 1 , supposedly for a great quality BBQ i'm not impressed guess I'll go argue it at Canadian Tire

assembled bbq only to find that the igniter does not work ,they are sending me a new igniter that i am told i have to install myself

Needs better install instructions

The install instructions need improvement. The individual parts should be labeled. The wiring harness instructions were non existing. They should be color coded for installation. Terrible direction on this. Product appears good. Time will tell

Day one. Malfunctioning electrical box. Cords have no indicators to match diagram and properly line up.
Adjustments knobs and their cheap, non-water resistant stickers failed 1 day outside.
Hoping Canadian tire will honour warranty, replacement parts or just take it back.
